About The Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for a highly creative entry-level designer who is eager to create high-converting, scroll-stopping visual assets for advertising and social platforms. You will work closely with the creative and media buying teams to bring direct-response campaigns to life across digital channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of digital-first, conversion-oriented ad creatives, with skills in layout design, typography, branding, and rapid iteration.

What You Will Do

• Design static and animated ad creatives for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Create compelling visual concepts for product launches, promotional campaigns, and long-form sales pages
• Develop brand-aligned templates, style guides, and design systems
• Collaborate with the creative and performance marketing teams to iterate on creatives based on testing feedback
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, and visual identity across multiple assets and formats
• Organize and manage design files using shared libraries and cloud-based systems
• Support landing page and funnel asset design in collaboration with web developers and copywriters
• Occasionally contribute light motion graphics support for animated ads and UI mockups
  
  

What You Will Need

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma
• Strong grasp of layout, composition, typography, and color theory
• A portfolio demonstrating digital ad design, social media graphics, and conversion-focused creative
• Understanding of platform-specific ad specs and best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong organization and file management habits
• Ability to manage feedback and creative iteration in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
• Bonus: Motion graphics experience using After Effects or similar tools
• Bonus: Exposure to direct-response advertising or marketing funnels

Compensation Range:

$60,000-$70,000
