Mandatory Requirements No. Requirement Required M1 A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or a related discipline and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in information technology/information management related work experience. 7 Years M2 Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst including requirements gathering and documentation, developing technical solutions and outlining solutions options and improvements. 5 Years M3 Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English. Yes M4 Demonstrated experience engaging business and technical subject matter experts to elicit requirements by leading the workshop/discovery sessions, applying critical thinking to identify business requirements and technical capabilities, effective documentation preparation and ability to clearly articulate business system requirements and desired outcomes. 5 Years M5 Demonstrated experience in producing visual system diagrams that clearly depict the relationships between business functions and develop the business process documents. 5 Years
