THE ROLE
Movers+Shakers is embedding technology and AI at the core of everything we do—from social listening and lightning-fast social content development, to behind-the-scenes ops. You'll be the connector between creative, strategy, and tech, architecting automation while piloting it daily on creative workflows and content. Think: half creative technology lead, half newsroom show-runner.

BASE SALARY RANGE
Our estimated range for this role is $100,000-$150,000*

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and implement AI-powered tools and workflows across creative, strategy, and production teams
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their applicability to agency work (e.g., GenAI, prompt engineering, automation)
- Collaborate with creative teams to prototype and deploy AI-driven experiences, campaigns, and content tools
- Educate and empower internal teams through workshops, demos, and documentation
- Develop internal AI resources (e.g., prompt libraries, AI guidelines, automated research tools)
- Partner with leadership to make our agency a recognized leader in AI-first creative work
- This role will need to be located in the New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA area.
- 5+ yrs in creative technology, innovation, or social/digital production—minimum 18 mos hands-on GenAI (LLMs, text-to-image/video).
- Demonstrated ability to integrate APIs, no-code/low-code automations, or custom scripts (Python/JavaScript) into marketing workflows.
- Fluency with social platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YT Shorts) and performance metrics; bonus for influencer-marketing chops.
- Portfolio/case studies showing AI-accelerated content or tooling.
- Nice-to-haves: dashboard/data-viz skills (Looker, Tableau, React); experience with prompt-ops frameworks or scripting/coding
- Excited by experimentation, future-facing creativity, and enabling others to work smarter and faster
- Confident communicator and internal evangelist who can bring others along the journey

Similarly, there might also be a more senior or junior position available, that would be a better fit with your expertise. For example, a person may apply for a Senior Creative Producer role, and we may assess that their skills are at the Creative Producer level. Each level has its own compensation range.
