The Position

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.
- Implement advanced sourcing and candidate engagement techniques.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
- Deliver onboarding and training programs.
- Mentor and coach individuals to support their professional growth.
- Utilize digital marketing and social media to build branding and attract candidates.
- Participate actively in our vibrant online training community.
- Minimum 5 years of proven previous success in a HR recruitment and talent development.
- Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency with Zoom and Google Meet.
