The Role: Sr. Recruiter (Tech)

We’re looking for a focused and high-performing Delivery Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a pure execution role—no business development, no client acquisition. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates across our key verticals, working directly on active, high-priority mandates with our established client base.

You’ll leverage a modern tech stack, collaborate closely with account leads and partners, and work in a team that’s sharp, driven, and deeply committed to great outcomes—with zero ego and no fluff.

What You’ll Do

• Source, engage, and manage high-caliber candidates across tech, finance, and executive search verticals
• Own the full candidate lifecycle: outreach, screening, briefing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
• Work closely with account managers and leadership to understand client needs and build candidate pipelines accordingly
• Use AI tools, sourcing automation, and market intelligence to increase delivery speed and efficiency
• Represent Arcadia with professionalism, precision, and a consultative mindset
• Meet performance targets focused on quality, placement speed, and candidate experience

What You Bring

• 2+ years of agency recruitment experience (or equivalent), with a focus on candidate delivery
• Deep understanding of the candidate side of the recruitment process
• Experience sourcing and placing roles in technology, finance, or executive search
• Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through
• A driven, team-first mentality with pride in doing high-quality work
• Comfort with tools and tech that scale your output (ATS, CRM, sourcing automation, etc.)
