Who We Need On Our Team

We’re looking for a driven and imaginative Associate Brand Manager to join our growing global Brand team. This role will support the development and execution of brand campaigns that bring Petlibro’s mission to life, while building deeper connections with pet parents around the world. This individual will bring a passion for consumer tech products, creative marketing instincts, and a sharp eye for brand storytelling. What You'll Do

Support brand campaign rollouts: Assist in the planning and execution of national, integrated marketing campaigns.

• Own brand initiatives: Lead the development and execution of select brand or product initiatives from strategy to rollout.
• Lead international localization efforts: Own the adaptation of brand initiatives for markets outside the U.S., managing internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure culturally nuanced, on-brand execution.
• Ensure brand consistency: Act as a steward of the Petlibro brand by guiding and reviewing creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand voice, visuals, and strategy across all touchpoints.
• Drive brand partnerships: Identify strategic brand partners, lead activation planning and execution, and nurture ongoing relationships to expand reach, reinforce brand values, and create meaningful consumer moments.
• Activate retail marketing: Support the development and execution of offline marketing programs across retail partners, including in-store signage, co-branded campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
• Team Coordination. Assist with vendor communications, invoice tracking, cross-team communication and other tasks assigned by Sr. Brand Lead.

Our requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer goods, or a related field
• Proven ability to contribute to the development and execution of brand strategy
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• A sharp eye for detail and high standards for creative output
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Familiarity with DTC, ecommerce, or pet industry experience is a plus
