About The Role

Reporting to our Director of Account Management, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts within the company’s book of business.

The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who is able to identify and capitalize on opportunities to build strong relationships with clients and deliver strong retention & growth within their portfolio of business.

Your Impact

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned accounts, overseeing the entire client experience in relation to the products and services offered.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of customers’ business priorities, challenges and initiatives, building and maintaining trusting relationships.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth targets and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base and collaborate with other teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve high on-time renewal rates within the existing account base.
  • Ensure the accuracy and complete of customer data within our CRM system.
  • Analyze account performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving account health.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on account activity and performance, including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Other duties as required

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of sales experience focused on growing new business or existing business, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Demonstrative experience with consultative selling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
