Role is based out of Toronto but open to anyone working remote in Canada. Initial contract is 6+ months with intent to extend. Pay is 33-38/hr DOE.

This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in technology and innovation as a key member of their Talent Acquisition team! In this dynamic role, you will source, recruit, and onboard top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build strong candidate pipelines. Your expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle will be essential to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within compliance guidelines.
  • Adhere to proper protocol and procedures in communication and engagement with candidates.
  • Adapt to process changes as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (in a sourcing or recruiting capacity), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field can substitute for experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet hiring objectives within tight deadlines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and productivity softwares.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience communicating between multiple parties.
