What We’re Looking For

Our Product Marketing team is responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase product awareness, drive adoption, and support revenue growth across SurveyMonkey products. We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to deliver a winning go-to-market strategy that drives continued growth for our AI-powered survey platform, in a crowded competitive environment. You will have deep experience developing clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging, leading go-to-market initiatives for major and incremental product launches, and proactively communicating market insights to product management partners to influence roadmaps. This role reports to the Manager of Product Marketing and will support both our freemium and enterprise offerings. What You’ll Be Working On

  • Bringing exciting new product features to market by leading launch strategy, cross-functional planning, timelines, and more to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement outcomes
  • Building customer-centric product narratives for marketing, sales, and customer success teams to leverage in omnichannel, outbound campaigns
  • Collaborating across teams to create compelling product content, including webpages, paid ads, videos, and sales collateral to effectively showcase our key value propositions
  • Conducting primary and secondary research to uncover customer and market insights to inform your GTM strategies, enable partners, and influence the roadmap
  • Partnering with our internal data team to monitor key metrics that will inform your data-driven GTM strategy
  • Supporting your professional growth by staying ahead of industry trends and product marketing best practices that inform your work

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack product marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM motions for SaaS products
  • A self-starter mindset with curiosity and drive to lead projects independently
  • Great storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling narratives
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components, and develop clear, strategic solutions
  • A data-driven approach and attention to detail with experience using data and insights to shape messaging and strategy
  • A track record of partnering effectively with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive alignment and deliver results
  • Experience presenting to internal stakeholders, leadership, customers, and prospects
  • Experience leveraging AI to support and scale product marketing effectiveness
  • Bonus: Prior experience with feedback and research platforms or tools

SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problem-solving and decision-making. As such, you will be required to work from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week.
