We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide skilled product ownership with a focus on detailed requirements management in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. This role will be expected to support and contribute to a CRAFT-driven culture (Client-Focused, Respectful, Accountable, Fair, and Team-Oriented), perfecting the client experience and delivering world-class solutions that create powerful evangelists internally and externally.
This role will be an individual contributor to the product team, working closely with and reporting to the Director of Product and navigating an Agile team through major initiatives spanning multiple internal and external teams. This person will have primary responsibility to elicit requirements and document Epics, Features, and Stories in support of the strategic product roadmap.
This role will require strong analytic skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, Agile process expertise, and strategic thinking. A successful candidate will need to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams and translate complex requirements into high-quality, groomed stories. A sense of ownership and pride in the team’s performance and its impact on the company's overall success is critical.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Backlog Management: Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with the product roadmap and strategic goals.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the product over time.
- Agile Rituals: Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Guide the agile team through initiatives involving multiple internal and external teams with complex interdependencies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Strategic Contribution: Assist the Director of Product with lean business cases and contribute to strategic planning.
- Agile Mindset: Collaborate with the Scrum Master to foster an Agile Mindset within the team and across the organization.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in product management with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, preferably SAFe.
- Proven track record of managing long-term projects.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle and architecture.
- Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders, translating business needs into user-centered stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
