We are currently seeking a Product Designer ll to join our RatedPower team in Spain (remote). This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions. Performance Objectives

• Design thoughtful, scalable, and user-centered solutions to complex product challenges across platforms and use cases in a sophisticated SaaS environment.
• Champion user-centric design methodologies, contributing to both strategic direction and execution.
• Lead complex design problems end-to-end, from discovery and ideation to prototyping, execution, and delivery.
• Contribute to and evolve a robust, scalable design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across the entire product suite.
• Drive product design strategy, pushing beyond aesthetics to define what we build and why, rooted in business and user outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align on requirements and deliver high-quality implementation.
• Ensure design excellence by maintaining a high bar for quality, usability, and accessibility across all user touchpoints.
  
  

Competitive Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital product design, including demonstrated success in SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise in building, maintaining, and scaling design systems, with an eye for consistency, accessibility, and developer adoption.
• Data-informed mindset: able to leverage both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to drive design decisions.
• Proven ability to independently manage design initiatives from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable working in Agile product teams, collaborating iteratively with engineers and product managers.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1 level), with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-driven, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take smart risks and learn from failures.
• Experience influencing peers and advocating for design best practices across teams.
• Prior experience in startups or rapidly evolving environments is a plus.
• Solid understanding of desktop-first SaaS platforms, with an emphasis on usability, scalability, and technical constraints.
