The Instructional Designer role at Enumerate will drive the creation of impactful learning experiences by developing engaging multi-modal learning content, job aids, and knowledge base articles, contributing to and administrating Learning Management Systems (LMS), and integrating innovative solutions using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. This role is critical in empowering learners to achieve their objectives and elevating the learning capabilities of our organization through cutting-edge instructional methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development:
- Design, develop, and deliver instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, knowledge base articles, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into learner-friendly content.
- Develop and implement multi-channel survey and assessment methods
- Manage the administration of the Learning Management System, including user management, content uploads, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the LMS is consistently updated and aligned with organizational learning objectives.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure that knowledge base articles are up-to-date and relevant.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content personalization, learner engagement, and analytics.
- Provide training and support for team members on the effective use of AI in instructional design.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align materials with organizational goals and learner needs.
- Facilitate feedback loops to continuously improve learning programs.
- Conduct evaluations of learning using data-driven insights to optimize effectiveness.
- Maintain a high standard of instructional design practices and compliance with industry accessibility guidelines.
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, learning assessment, content development, and LMS administration.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI and LLM technologies in corporate learning environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, Section 508).
- Knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Experience with Tango and/or Scribe.
- Experience with technical writing and process mapping
