- Support the project management activities of technical projects in a context of Research and Technology (planning, execution, monitoring and control).
- Develop and update projects schedules.
- Monitor and report financial, schedule, and scope aspects of the project.
- Establish regular monitoring with project stakeholders.
- Preparing weekly and monthly presentations on the progress of the project.
- Elaborate flow diagrams
- Monitor project deliverables
- Help improve project management processes (risk and opportunity, change management, project improvement and gate reviews)
- You are currently enrolled in a university level engineering program
- You have completed at least two years of the program
- You have experience or having taken classes in Project Management
- You are motivated, curious and independent
- You display leadership skills including leading cross-functional teams
- You have strong communication skills including presentation skills
- You are familiar and comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
- You have experience with project management tools (an asset).
- You have experience with the Design Thinking approach (an asset).
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
- Virtual or on site
