About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a robust background in telecom OSS/BSS systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions in the telecommunications domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform future strategies.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management roles within the telecom industry, focusing on OSS/BSS systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of telecom networks, service provisioning, billing systems, and customer management platforms.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
