The Clean Energy Data Analyst will support multiple training initiatives and contracts. This role will focus on providing technical support for our learning management system (LMS) during live training sessions, managing data across various platforms, generating workforce development reports. This role will also require coordination with internal and external stakeholders to design automation processes, ensuring consistent data capture and optimal reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support for using dashboards, generating reports, and using our Learning Management System
Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) setup for course materials and quizzes, input and
management of student course information, training delivery (live and offline), and data capture
Collaborate with Career Services to design data and automation processes for tracking employment
updates
Document Specifications and Procedure
Maintain and update training manuals and onboarding documentation for any future hiring needs
Serve as a resource for colleagues by creating clear, step-by-step guides for data import, transformation,
and report generation.
Generate Standard or Custom Reports
Develop and present reports summarizing data on outcomes such as job placement, career advancement,
and the demographics of the populations we serve
Consolidate clean energy workforce development data across our record keeping systems to support
reports on programmatic outcomes
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive data capture for accurate program
reporting
Maintain or Update Business Intelligence Tools
Offer technical support for data management platforms, including spreadsheets, dashboards, and other
analytics tools
Recommend and implement structured approaches to data collection, storage, and analysis
Evaluate and propose enhancements to current dashboards or systems for improved usability and
functionality
Preferred Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Environmental Science, Communications, or a related field
(equivalent experience may be considered).
Experience with data tracking, CRM tools, and workforce placement platforms.
Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and track workforce program outcomes.
