Member First Mortgage is seeking a Home Preservation Processor for our growing Default Servicing Department! In this role you will be responsible for processing loan packages and soliciting additional loan documents, while maintaining the pipeline. You can expect to learn something new and build on your mortgage industry knowledge for the first 6-12 months of this position as each day will be an exciting new learning opportunity as no two days look the same within our Servicing department.

Responsibilities :
- Works with members to obtain complete workout review packages/applications.
- Processes workout requests: workout evaluations, credit reports, asset reports, etc. Evaluates viable workout options by reviewing member financial information. Assigns cases to the appropriate Home Preservation Specialist for further review.
- Assists as needed with outgoing calling campaigns to bring delinquent payments current.
- Prepares and sends appropriate written notices to members.
- Establishes and monitors repayment and forbearance arrangements.
Education: High school education or GED.
Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of mortgage servicing functions.
- Knowledge of personal finance and basic budgeting principles.
- Professional communication skills both verbally, over the phone, and in writing.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Ability to work under strict timelines with few errors and limited supervision.
- Strong organizational skills.
