Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be accountable for managing and delivering enterprise-wide initiatives in close partnership with executive sponsors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders. Western consistently leads transformational programs across a variety of domains including Facilities, Technology, Products, Branding, Systems, HR, Digital, and Finance.

A key focus of this role will include leading and supporting facilities projects—such as office infrastructure upgrades, workspace optimizations, and vendor coordination—ensuring alignment with organizational needs and timelines. In addition, the role will support a wide range of technical and strategic projects across business functions, contributing to the delivery of Technology solutions, Products, Branding, Systems, HR, Digital, and Finance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and can lead facilities-related Projects alongside other high-impact projects across the organization.

  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, from initiation through completion.
  • Lead and deliver facilities projects, including infrastructure enhancements, office redesigns, space planning, and environmental upgrades.
  • Gather project requirements, develop scope of work, establish timelines and budgets, and create project charters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes aligned to project goals.
  • Maintain and communicate project status, timelines, risks, and success metrics using established frameworks.
  • Provide accurate budget forecasting, progress tracking, and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, collaborating with sponsors and team members to ensure resolution.

The value you bring

  • Proven experience managing facilities projects along with broader project portfolios in areas such as IT, digital, or product development.
  • Demonstrated success managing projects with budgets of $500K or more.
  • Experience managing Digital, Product launch, IT infrastructure, system integration/upgrade and continuous improvement projects.
  • Post-secondary education with a professional association in PMI, PMP or Six/Lean Sigma is required.
  • Ability to work with a variety of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, iterative, hybrid)
  • Strong analytical, planning and organization skills with an ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and have experience building relationships and interacting with all levels including the executive level as well as working with remote teams and vendors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the business needs, able to effectively analyze and problem-solve combined with strong decision making and judgement skills.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and third-party vendors.

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Location: Remote Options available

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000
