As the Project Manager you will play a vital role as part the Product Security Team. In this position, you will ensure the on-time and on budget delivery of assigned projects. This role is with Digital Robotics and Enabling Technologies business unit, focusing on supporting enterprise-wide project sand initiatives associated with the processes and tools to support the development of secure medical devices.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the development of project charters, management plans, and business cases to guide execution across global, cross-functional teams supporting product and data security in the medical device industry.
  • Define and manage project scope in collaboration with stakeholders; develop a detailed Work Breakdown Structure and refine scope through the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain project schedules using Gantt charts; identify critical paths, manage dependencies, and drive timely execution across global teams.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to establish and manage project budgets; monitor costs and ensure financial compliance across all Stryker divisions.
  • Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using established tools and frameworks; proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks.
  • Assign and manage cross-functional resources, clearly defining team roles and deliverables while supporting performance evaluations with functional managers.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder and communication management plans; ensure transparent updates, timely decisions, and alignment across international stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external partners across Stryker’s global divisions; incorporate end-user feedback into project development.
  • Influence project outcomes through data-driven insights, proactively addressing schedule, scope, and resource challenges to meet deliverables.
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts by supporting multi-year product security roadmaps and maintaining project dashboards to track progress and impact.

What You Need

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Software, or related science or technical degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering or software development including at least 2 years of project management experience in a technical environment
  • Experience creating project management dashboards and delivering project presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering
  • Experience working in Product Security

$87,600.00 - $186,700.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
