About the Role
The Internal HR Recruiter will report directly to the People Operations and Culture Lead and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier talent across all departments. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and a seamless hiring process, particularly for technical, manufacturing, and administrative roles.
This role can be onsite or remote, and we are currently accepting candidates residing in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Florida, Washington, Utah, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Employment Type: Exempt
Salary: $89,000-125,000
Work Schedule: Full Time
Location: This role can be onsite (Durango, CO) or remote. For remote applicants we are currently accepting candidates residing in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Florida, Washington, Utah, and Oklahoma.

About the Role

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job postings
- Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other platforms
- Review incoming applications and resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate fit
- Manage candidate flow and status tracking in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring panels, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain and update job descriptions and job requisition records
- Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to HR leadership
- Represent the company professionally in all candidate communications
- Support other HR functions as needed, such as onboarding and employer branding initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a technical or aerospace environment
- Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Paylocity, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
