Influencer marketing is where culture meets performance - and behind every great campaign is a thoughtful strategy. As an Associate, Strategy & Analytics, you'll help connect consumer insights with creative execution, laying the groundwork for smarter campaigns and more impactful storytelling.
Salary range: $60,000-$70,000

Roles & Responsibilities
Drive Strategy Through Intelligence
- Support the development of campaign strategies grounded in insights and aligned with client goals
- Surface trends and opportunities using tools like social listening, platform analytics, and audience segmentation
- Help ensure creator strategies reflect cultural trends, audience behaviors, and platform dynamics
- Collaborate with Creative and Creator teams to develop content ideas and storytelling frameworks
- Assist in executing strategic plans across influencer campaigns
- Help interpret campaign performance and contribute to reporting and optimization
- Support the post-campaign recap process, helping translate results into clear, actionable insights
- Learn and apply tools such as GWI, Netbase, and audience survey platforms to support strategy development
- Work cross-functionally to support strategic planning, creative brief development, and insights storytelling
- Stay plugged into emerging platform features, influencer trends, and digital behaviors that impact our work
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years experience in an agency, consulting, or marketing environment preferred
- Enthusiastic about social media, digital culture, and influencer marketing
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn from others
- Strong communication skills - able to contribute ideas clearly and professionally
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and interested in learning research and analytics tools like GWI, Netbase, or survey platforms
