Summary:

Molekule is on a mission to revolutionize indoor air quality. Powered by our proprietary PECO technology, Molekule’s air purification solutions go beyond traditional filtration to destroy the widest range of indoor air pollutants. We’re building the future of clean indoor air, and we’re looking for curious, collaborative builders to help us design it.

As a Product Designer at Molekule, you’ll take ownership of our digital product experience across Molekule.com and our mobile app, playing a key role in shaping how customers discover, buy, and interact with our technology. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Marketing teams to design intuitive, beautiful, and effective experiences that simplify air health and empower better living.

The primary focus will be on crafting seamless DTC shopping and ownership flows, from onboarding new customers to optimizing the connected app experience for a growing ecosystem of air purifiers and sensors.

What You Will Own –

Product & UX Design (Core):

• Lead the design and UX evolution of Molekule.com’s e-commerce experience from homepage to cart to post-purchase flow
• Design user-friendly, scalable interfaces for Molekule’s iOS/Android app as we expand our connected device lineup
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to iterate on features and flows that improve retention, satisfaction, and activation
• Own and contribute to the Molekule design system to ensure brand consistency and UX best practices across web and app
• Conduct and leverage user testing, analytics, and feedback to refine and validate design decisions
  
  

Marking & Creative Collaboration (Occasional)

• Support the Creative team on marketing initiatives that require design (e.g., landing pages, product modules, campaign visuals)
• Collaborate with Performance and Brand teams to bring product stories to life visually across digital channels
  
  

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

• 4–6 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in DTC or connected consumer devices
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design for both mobile and web platforms
• Skilled in Figma (or equivalent), prototyping, and user-centered design practices
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, product managers, and marketers in fast-paced environments
• A self-starter who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Bonus: Experience with motion design, microinteractions, or e-commerce A/B testing
