As a Business Data Analyst, you will partner with the Service business process owner(s) to support global process development through data creation, conversion, and validation. In this role, you will support the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables. You will also assist with Workstream needs, owning data objects, through all aspects of the program including deployment.

What You Will Do
- Partner with E2E Leads, Business Process Owners, and Deployment Leads to ensure the timely completion of deliverables within the Lead to Cash workstream, utilizing Salesforce and ServiceMax.
- Participate in early work-packages, identifying business processes and requirements to guide the SAP and global application build.
- Assist in process workshops, supporting scope decisions, refining requirements, and defining acceptance criteria alongside Global Process Leads and key stakeholders.
- Take direct responsibility for assigned data design objects, collaborating with Deployment teams, Business Process Owners, and data migration/readiness teams to maintain accurate data management.
- Work closely with Deployment groups to identify golden data, correct improperly loaded data, and resolve data defects.
- Support data construction, cleansing, and conversion activities to uphold the accuracy of enterprise master and transactional data.
- Partner with business experts to provide education on data validation, program acceptance, and alignment with global applications throughout project phases.
- Participate in deployment activities, including production data loads, go-live preparations, and supporting testing, documentation, and training content creation.
- Provide assistance to the Workstream, working with business teams to drive adoption of to-be business processes that align with ERP capabilities, ensuring alignment across Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or equivalent field of study.
- 4+ years of professional experience in a business analyst role.
- Experience with Salesforce and ServiceMax.
- Experience managing projects within a matrixed organization, collaborating with various business units and cross functional teams.
- Master’s degree.
- Experience with SAP S4HANA.
- Experience in PowerBI or PowerQuery.
