We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Director of Partnerships to lead and grow our strategic relationship with Google. This role is a cornerstone of our growth strategy and offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business development, product innovation, and strategic alignment. You will be responsible for shaping and driving a mutually valuable, long-term partnership with one of the world's most influential technology companies.
What You'll Do
- Partnership Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a focused strategy to build, strengthen, and scale the Google partnership. Ensure alignment between internal objectives and Google's strategic priorities to drive mutual growth and value.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across Google—including business development leads, product managers, industry vertical leaders, and marketing partners. Clearly articulate our value proposition to elevate our status as a priority partner.
- Initiative Development & Execution: Lead co-creation efforts, joint go-to-market initiatives, and collaborative marketing campaigns. Launch early-stage pilots that deliver quick wins and build momentum.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration: Establish demand gen motions and co-selling frameworks to drive pipeline and revenue. Own funnel tracking, deal registration, and sales enablement processes in collaboration with Google teams.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with internal product, marketing, sales, and executive leaders to align on goals and ensure coordinated execution. Serve as the internal voice of the partnership to drive accountability and clarity.
- Measurement & Optimization: Define KPIs and leading indicators to measure success over 6-, 12-, and 24-month timeframes. Implement regular reporting and feedback loops to adapt strategy and execution in real time.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks related to Google's internal complexity, shifting priorities, and competitive dynamics. Proactively address obstacles to maintain strategic momentum.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise-level account management.
- Proven success managing high-impact, global partnerships, ideally with or within a large tech ecosystem like Google.
- Strong understanding of Google's products, priorities, and go-to-market approaches.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams internally and externally.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity.
- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to drive decision-making.
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers and partners to build trusted, high-impact relationships.
- Traction within the first 6 months via pilot programs or co-led initiatives.
- Scaled engagement and measurable revenue at 12 and 24 months.
- Sustained executive alignment and stakeholder satisfaction at both organizations.
- Recognition of our company as a high-value, strategic partner by Google.
