We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR Director and our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting employee needs.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR Director and our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting employee needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including initial contact with candidates to schedule interviews and provide follow-up application status.
- Support onboarding of new hires: sending offer letters, welcome emails, creation of employee file, and electronic filing of new hire paperwork.
- Provide status updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the onboarding process; escalate employee needs when appropriate.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and equipment.
- Maintain payroll records including missed punches, PTO requests, and timecards.
- Backup for bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Maintain Employee files & profiles within various company used systems.
- Coordination and assistance with various annual processes including Performance Evaluations, Workspace Safety Inspections, & Benefits Open Enrollment.
- Assist with offboarding tasks including coordination of returning equipment, and creation of offboarding ticket with IT.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks
- Able to problem-solve
- Proficient in computers and navigating various applications (EMRs, Practice Management systems, insurance websites, etc.).
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- 2+ year(s) experience in an HR role.
- 1+ year(s) experience with an HRIS or Payroll Software, Paycom is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Teams is preferred.
