Our agile centralized development teams powered by our on-site senior leadership allow us to work with you as a stand-alone group be it integrating into your in-house dev teams or providing external architectural guidance.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Software Developer to join our Technology & Cloud Service Line. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that address complex challenges and meet client needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, and stay at the forefront of emerging technologies. This position is perfect for individuals who are not only passionate about coding but also enjoy mentoring junior developers, fostering better coding practices, enhancing problem-solving skills, and promoting continuous learning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions to meet business and client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
• Debug and resolve software defects, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve development processes
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including system designs, user guides, and project reports
• Support the testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring seamless functionality
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  
  
  

Hard Skills - Must have:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, Java, JavaScript, or similar
• Familiarity with UI/UX design and front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines and leading code reviews sessions
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
