ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $113,900 CAD - $170,900 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.

What You'll Do:
Business Partnership & Forecasting:
- Act as a strategic finance partner to Product and Engineering leaders, driving operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Lead monthly close and forecast and quarterly planning cycles, delivering timely, accurate financial insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Work closely with our Infrastructure and Data teams to model, forecast, analyze infrastructure spend including cloud services, servers, and related resources.
- Track actual spend vs. budget and provide variance analysis with clear business insights.
- Support infrastructure cost optimization initiatives.
- Partner with Accounting and Engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking and accounting of Internal-Use Software Development (IDS) costs and help drive to establish a new simplified process that allows for a higher level of forecastability.
- Own forecast model to accurately predict IDS capitalization as well as amortization.
- Build and maintain models for current and future software license spend across the organization.
- Partner with Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to understand license usage, optimize agreements, and align forecasts with operational needs.
- Monitor renewals, evaluate new license requests, and provide input on ROI and budgeting.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably from a SaaS tech company in a finance/strategy role or a top management consulting firm. We are looking for candidates that have worked in high-performance teams using complex modeling to discover business insights
- 4-year degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, or Economics) with strong academic performance. Formal training in Financial and/or Accounting concepts (through CPA or MBA) is preferred
- Experience with detailed systems (ie. Adaptive and Workday) to ensure accurate and scalable reporting
- Candidates are required to be highly analytical, committed, and dependable, possessing strong interpersonal communication skills. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of curiosity, and focus on generating results to aid in decision making
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates must be self-starters, possessing a solutions oriented mindset
- Displays a high level of genuine curiosity about our business, asks lots of questions and displays eagerness to learn
- High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem-solving utilizing financial modeling, including strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure cost structures (e.g., cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Working knowledge of software capitalization and relevant accounting principles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
