Average Hourly Rate: $24.88 (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

About The Role

Are you passionate about working with children and families? TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our Permanency team. If you have a bachelor’s degree in the field of human services or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in child placement, we want to hear from you!

A Day in the Life as a Case Manager

As a Case Manager at TFI Family Services, you will play a crucial role in helping children thrive in safe home environments. You will teach skills such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families. Working as part of a team, you’ll connect families to resources, develop plans, and advocate for improvements in the quality of

their lives.

You should have a strong desire to advocate for children and their families, help them connect with community resources, and support children in their growth and development within healthy family environments.
