- The Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for taking inbound phone calls from potential customers, answering their questions, and scheduling in-home design consultations with our sales team if the customer requests an appointment. This role involves coordinating daily schedules, ensuring efficient time management, and maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and can balance multiple priorities while delivering a seamless scheduling experience

- Scheduling & Calendar Management:
- Take incoming calls and schedule installations, service appointments, and design consultations based on market availability and team capacity
- Maintain and update appointment records in the scheduling system (NetSuite or other platforms)
- Make outbound calls to follow up on web form inquiries from clients seeking consultations
- Manage other lead sources via chat, email, and many others
- Client & Team Communication:
- Communicate with clients, installers, and designers to confirm, reschedule, or adjust appointments as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients are well-informed about their appointments
- Assist field teams by addressing scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes efficiently
- Administrative & Support Tasks:
- Maintain and manage scheduling records, reports, and relevant documentation
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Field Teams to support scheduling needs
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency

Compensation::
- $22.00 per hour plus additional weekend pay based on schedule
