This role includes responsibility for client billing, managing the inspection calendar, and handling various administrative documents.

Responsibilities
- Organiser et maintenir les fichiers et dossiers numériques.
- Préparer, réviser et traduire des documents en français et en anglais.
- Traiter et distribuer les courriels et correspondances en fonction de la langue du destinataire.
- Offrir soutien administratif à la directrice régionale.
- Prendre en charge la facturation des clients, incluant le suivi et la vérification des paiements.
- Gestion des crédits / débits
- Gérer le calendrier d’inspection en assurant une coordination efficace avec l’équipe et les clients.
- Organiser les réunions et déplacements de l’équipe de direction.
- Préparer des comptes rendus de réunion et assurer le suivi des actions.
- Gérer les calendriers et agendas en tenant compte des priorités et urgences.
- Offrir du soutien aux inspecteurs au niveau administratif .
- Tenir à jour le registre des dossiers en attente / assistance à l’assignation
- Gestion des demandes d’inspections
- Coordonner la logistique pour les réunions d’équipe.
- Aider à la préparation de rapports et de présentations bilingues.

- Télétravail : Ce poste est principalement en télétravail.
- Formation : Durant la période de formation, des déplacements au bureau seront requis.

- Prepare, review, and translate documents in both French and English.
- Manage and distribute emails and correspondence based on the recipient’s language.
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Director.
- Handle client billing, including payment tracking and verification.
- Manage credits and debits.
- Coordinate the inspection schedule, ensuring effective communication with the team and clients.
- Organize meetings and travel arrangements for the leadership team.
- Manage calendars and schedules while prioritizing tasks and urgent matters.
- Provide administrative support to inspectors.
- Maintain the registry of pending files and assist with assignment coordination.
- Manage inspection requests.
- Assist in preparing bilingual reports and presentations.
- Handle client billing, including payment tracking and verification.
- Full-time position.
- Remote work: This position is primarily remote.
