  • Communication and Correspondence: Draft, edit, and manage emails, letters, and other correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Meeting Support: Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking and distributing minutes, and managing related materials.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Record Keeping and File Management: Organize and maintain electronic files and records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Research and Information Gathering: Conduct research and compile information to support executive decision-making.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between executives, departments, and external clients and partners, ensuring effective communication.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as needed, such as answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing office supplies
