We provide all-in-one inventory and accounting ERP software for small to medium size businesses and our software is best suited for those in the wholesale and distribution industry. As an all-in-one solution, our software helps your business reduce manual work and automate processes by providing tools for inventory management, accounting, order entry, warehouse management, contact management and advanced reporting. In addition, Blue Link ERP includes various optional components such as point of sale, lot tracking, landed cost tracking, barcode scanning and eCommerce integration with sites such as Shopify and Amazon.
Cordance is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Blue Link ERP to lead ERP software implementations with clients across North America, both remote and onsite. This is a highly technical role that requires strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, and the ability to understand complex systems and business operations. Onboarding is thorough, as success in this role depends on deep product knowledge and the ability to navigate varied client environments. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders at all levels and managing multiple technical workstreams.
This role is fully remote; must be based in Canada or US

What you'll do:
- Implement Blue Link ERP software for small to medium-sized businesses across Canada and the U.S.
- Work remotely while occasionally traveling for onsite customer implementations (2 to 10 weekly annually) and attending monthly or quarterly in-person team meetings
- Train users at all levels—from warehouse staff to company leadership—on effective use of the software
- Consult with clients to align their business procedures with ERP solutions and support process improvements
- Migrate data from legacy systems using SQL and other tools, assist with report generation, and modify transactional documents
- Define system requirements and write clear technical specifications for customizations
- Collaborate with development and support teams to validate changes and ensure smooth implementation
- Provide post-implementation support and participate in technical helpdesk rotations
- Experience working with ERP software in small or medium-sized, owner-managed businesses—please include specific systems in your application
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Based in Canada, ideally in the Greater Toronto Area, and open to occasional travel
- Comfortable working across business functions and engaging with stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent communication skills in English, with strengths in training, teaching, and problem-solving
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with distributors or wholesalers
- A foundational understanding of accounting or bookkeeping
- Based in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) — applicants from all Canadian provinces except Quebec will be considered
