Key Responsibilities:
- Office Support: Manage daily office operations, including organizing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal communication.
- Document Management: Assist with preparing, organizing, and filing company documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and management.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and databases, assist in compiling reports, and ensure timely data entry.
- Customer & Client Interaction: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
- Task Management: Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support cross-functional teams and contribute to the companys success.
- Office Environment: Maintain a clean and organized office space to ensure a comfortable and efficient working environment for all staff.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred).
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
