Skills & Experience

  • 5-8 years’ experience in corporate L & D, industry training or adult education.
  • A lifelong learner with a passion for learning innovation and its real-world application.
  • Excellent communication skills, presenting skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated go-getter who is eager to grow your skills to the next career stage.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions.
  • Plan and develop marketing and outreach strategies across various digital platforms, with training and support provided.
  • Conduct structured phone or video conferencing interviews.
  • Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes and assist in the learning and development of your team.
