Compensation: $170,000 - $220,000 (depending on experience) + significant equity.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science initiatives. You will design and implement advanced machine learning models, drive data-driven strategies, and mentor junior team members. If you have a passion for solving complex problems with data, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the development of advanced machine learning models.
- Design and execute complex data analysis projects.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists.
- Collaborate with engineers to deploy models to production.
- Communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science.
- 5+ years of experience in data science.
- Expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Experience with large datasets and distributed computing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with deep learning and NLP.
- Publications in relevant fields.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
