Overview

As a Contract Content Writer, you will create compelling, informative content tailored specifically to law firm owners for the Crisp.co website. You will split your time equally between producing blogs and developing comprehensive client case studies.

For our blogs, you will own the entire creation process—from researching topics and gathering credible sources using platforms like SEMrush or AHREFs, to writing SEO-focused content optimized with internal and external links. For our case studies, you will turn client success metrics and insights from various data sources into persuasive narratives.

You will also coordinate closely with internal creative team members to develop visuals that effectively complement your written work; if experienced with creating visuals yourself, that is a welcomed bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and publish blog articles tailored specifically for law firm owners, focusing on topics that resonate with their unique business challenges and opportunities.
  • Use analytical tools such as SEMrush or AHREFs to identify relevant high-value topics, monitor content performance, and apply analytics insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Produce comprehensive, persuasive client case studies, combining information and success metrics from various internal sources into impactful stories that clearly illustrate the value and results of our solutions.
  • Optimize all blog and case study content with fundamental SEO principles, strategically incorporating relevant internal and external links to boost engagement and effectiveness.
  • Clearly communicate requirements and guidelines for visuals and graphics to our internal creative team, ensuring final content is visually effective and aligns with brand standards.
  • Independently create visuals or graphical elements to support content if you possess relevant graphic design experience.
  • Collaborate proactively across internal marketing, product, and client success teams, incorporating feedback consistently to improve clarity, polish, and alignment of finished content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience writing for a B2B audience, preferably within the legal services or professional services sectors.
  • Strong research and content planning capabilities, with demonstrated experience identifying topics, gathering sources, and structuring persuasive, data-driven narratives.
  • Practical experience with SEO fundamentals and familiarity with analytical platforms such as SEMrush or AHREFs for content topic research, competitive analysis, and optimization recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating with internal creative teams.
  • Capable of managing multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining brand voice.
