You will make a large impact on the business by finding the best people with the skills and passion to fuel our mission and vision, helping us achieve our business goals, and the goals of the communities we serve.

Pay Rate: $31.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST

As a Right At School Temporary Recruiter, You Will

  • Partner with hiring managers to attract, source, recruit, and maintain strong candidate pipelines through ongoing engagement, delivery of exceptional service and leveraging your unique personality.
  • Assist in determining current and future hiring needs; collaborate with the Sr. Director Talent Acquisition and Recruitment team.
  • Successfully project manage field hiring managers by providing resources and advice for hiring right instead of hiring for right now.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system to support workflow and processes. Leverage data to drive sourcing and hiring decisions.
  • Seek out and stir up passive candidates through phone calls, emails, networking, internet searches and social media. Empower and motivate candidates to see themselves working with Right At School.
  • Provide high touch experiences to all candidates and internal stakeholders. Ensure that Right at School’s brand continues to be best in class.
  • Continue to strengthen Right At School’s unique and compelling image by representing and coordinating our organization at hiring fairs, college tabling events, and in all conversations.
  • Ensure completion and compliance of new hires with on-boarding documents.
  • Maintain competitive landscape knowledge as it relates to recruitment trends, competitors and industry specific knowledge.

Ideal Candidates Will

  • Possess a true passion for recruitment; enjoy hunting and wooing candidates.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience (handling approximately 50+ positions at one time)
  • Be able to provide a documented track record for achieving targeted objectives.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and able to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
  • Own all forms of communication; verbal, written & interpersonal. Possess the ability to write intriguing & unique job descriptions & negotiate offers.
  • Have strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to successfully project manage people.
  • Ability to use data to drive results while also bringing energy and fresh ideas to our recruitment team.
  • Be a self-starter, passionate and hungry to make a big impact.
