About The Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team and support our mission of building a talented, diverse, and high-performing workforce. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify top candidates. The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in promoting Orvix Engineering as an employer of choice and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This is a remote position, open strictly to candidates within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract talent for engineering, technical, and administrative roles
• Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Draft and publish inclusive and compelling job descriptions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including reference checks and background verifications
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and improve hiring practices
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies
• Promote employer branding in collaboration with marketing and communications teams
• Act as a candidate experience ambassador throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or technical industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ATS and digital recruitment tools
• Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and recruitment best practices
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of confidentiality
