Fractional Chief Operating Officer

2GO Advisory Group seeks an experienced Fractional COO to provide expert operational leadership on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, and increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability while aligning with our core values of authenticity, value creation, flexibility, openness, generosity, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual operational forecasts and strategies
• Evaluate and optimize day-to-day operations
• Identify market opportunities for accelerated growth
• Present strategic operational recommendations to the CEO
• Provide coaching and mentorship to employees
• Ensure alignment with 2GO Advisory Group's commitment to corporate citizenship

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of executive experience
• Proven track record in strategic planning and business development
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
