Head of Platform & Technology

We're an early-stage stealth startup preparing to launch a next-generation digital experience. Our team comes from media, entertainment, and tech — and we’re close to finalizing our first funding round. We're now looking for a hands-on technical leader who’s ready to build, scale, and innovate.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to lead platform and product development across mobile and web, contribute to core IP and patent strategy, and shape the future of the company as a Future CTO.

• Lead end-to-end technical development, from architecture to execution across mobile, backend, and interactive features
• Build and scale a mobile-first platform that supports real-time, user-driven functionality
• Collaborate with external technical partners and vendors while assembling and leading the first internal engineering team
• Drive infrastructure and app decisions aligned with scalability, performance, and IP protection
• Oversee development of interactive, user-centric features, with a focus on behavior, engagement, and experience
• Partner with founders and advisors to support patentable innovation in the platform’s core technology

• A full-stack engineer or technical lead with experience building mobile platforms or apps from scratch
• Familiar with React Native, Node.js, Firebase, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar stacks
• Experienced in app architecture, real-time APIs, authentication systems, and secure data flows
• Someone who’s scaled early-stage tech companies, preferably in or adjacent to entertainment, gaming, or consumer media
• Bonus points if you have experience with:
• OTT platforms or streaming architecture
• Interactive video, gamification frameworks, or social engagement tools
• Filing or contributing to patents or proprietary technologies
• Understands the dynamics and user behaviors behind gaming, streaming, and social media platforms
• Passionate about pop culture, digital trends, and the evolving intersection of tech and entertainment
