Paralegal, Corporate Paralegal – Project & Infrastructure Finance
Location: New York
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime as required – nonexempt position). Friday is remote work day.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
Consilio is currently seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join a global law firm in New York. This is a permanent, full-time, benefited position. This Paralegal will support attorneys across all phases of complex transactions in the energy, power, and infrastructure sectors. This role will involve preparing and organizing legal documentation, ordering and reviewing lien searches, and handling UCC financing statements.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents under attorney supervision
- Assisting with due diligence by organizing and reviewing transaction materials
- Compiling and maintaining precedent libraries
- Reviewing collateral documents
- Conducting and analyzing lien searches
- Preparing, distributing, and collecting signature pages
- Organizing transaction documents and assembling closing binders
- Drafting, reviewing, and filing UCC financing statements
- Requesting charter documents and good-standing certificates from Secretary of State offices
- Supporting attorneys in all aspects
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant paralegal experience preferred
- Experience with corporate service providers’ UCC platforms
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant applications
