What You Will Be Doing

• Leveraging generative AI to automate processes across the organization.
• Critically assessing division operations to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Developing restructuring strategies for operational functions like Customer Support, Pricing, and Sales according to Trilogy's methodologies.

• Engaging in high-level management or delegation, as most administrative tasks are automated for you, allowing you to focus on execution.
• Managing steady-state operations; once a division is optimized, you'll tackle the next challenge.
• Creating new startup strategies; instead, you'll implement proven growth playbooks.
  
  

Senior Associate Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Implement operational and structural strategies to revitalize struggling companies, following our playbook and providing feedback for improvement.
• Ensure positive margins and high customer retention across our software company acquisitions.
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Reside in North, Central, or South America.
• 5+ years in the enterprise software industry, with a solid understanding of software practices.
• 5+ years in an operational role.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing position (e.g., Support, Sales, Collections).
• Proven experience with generative AI tools to enhance productivity.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
