We are seeking a motivated and experienced part-time contract Recruiter to join our team at InvestorFlow. The ideal candidate will help us identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for various roles in the United States and United Kingdom, ensuring alignment with our company culture and growth goals. We are seeking a motivated and experienced part-time contract Recruiter to join our team at InvestorFlow. The ideal candidate will help us identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for various roles in the United States and United Kingdom, ensuring alignment with our company culture and growth goals. This role is remote-friendly within the United States and offers flexible hours, perfect for a professional seeking a part-time opportunity in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
You Will:
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for various technical, sales, marketing, and operational roles within the Financial Services and tech industries.
- Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and define hiring criteria.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing updates throughout the hiring process.
- Act as an ambassador for InvestorFlow’s values and culture.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the financial services or tech industries.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools such as Lever and Linkedin Recruiter.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SaaS-related roles, including technical (e.g., software developers, engineers) and non-technical (e.g., sales, marketing) positions.
- Background in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
- Bonus points if you have recruitment experience in the United Kingdom.
