What You'll Do

The Sustainability and Social Impact Specialist role will primarily focus on managing and improving our social impact data, reporting and programs. This key responsibility includes overseeing the employee Giving program, gathering comprehensive information on sustainability and social impact initiatives across the company, and establishing robust systems to track new and emerging CSR/ESG projects. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for communicating our social impact and ESG efforts. Ultimately, the data collected in this position will be used to develop a comprehensive Social Impact playbook, providing essential tools and guidelines to support the company's broader social impact strategy. The day-to-day

In this role you will be supporting our social impact tool, data collection and dashboard capability by:

  • Overseeing employee giving and volunteer programs.
  • Collect and aggregate Sustainability and Social Impact projects around the organization.
  • Develop registry and collection method for emerging CSR/ESG/Social Impact projects.
  • Social Impact and ESG communications.
  • Utilize the above data to help build a Social Impact playbook (including tools, processes, guidelines, etc.) to support strategy roll out.
  • Other key sustainability and social impact program management.


What You'll Need

  • 3+ years experience Social Impact, Corporate Giving, ESG, Sustainability and/or CSR.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Community Advocacy, Global Management, Organizational Leadership, Social Policy, Sustainability, Sustainable Management or a related field.
  • Familiarity and ability to learn quickly with project management tools.
  • Ability to find, correlate, and organize information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


What Will Help You On The Job

  • Ability to develop and implement humanitarian/disaster response strategy.
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment.
  • Masters or graduate degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience managing multilateral partnerships.
  • Prior experience developing philanthropic contacts.


Salary range

$73,500.00 - $118,000.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $91,000.00- $137,000.00/ annually

Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
