Business Support Specialist
The Business Support Specialist will support process improvement efforts and help to build and establish project and program governance models. This position will be responsible for both customer analytical work as well as project management initiatives. The Business Support Specialist will work with technical and other staff to produce customer reports, build project plans, track progress against these plans, and mitigate risk.

The Business Support Specialist will support process improvement efforts and help to build and establish project and program governance models. This position will be responsible for both customer analytical work as well as project management initiatives. The Business Support Specialist will work with technical and other staff to produce customer reports, build project plans, track progress against these plans, and mitigate risk.

What You Will Be Doing
- Produce monthly SLA reports for customers using various tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Manage large scale technical projects covering cross functional teams, including technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance.
- Assist Program Manager to implement portfolio, program and project management best practices.
- Communicate various report and project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers.
- Help manage Change Control, Issues and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects, to include carrying out risk assessments, identifying project roadblocks, and driving mitigations/solutions.
- Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- 1+ year of Analytical and Technical Project/Program management experience.
- 1+ years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience.
- 1+ years of experience within an SAP environment.
- Assists with the development, updating and maintaining of procedures and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills including Excel.
- Strong proficiency with a full Microsoft Office suite including MS Project is required.
