Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Aqua Blue Pools, you will be the voice of our company - handling inbound and outbound calls and emails, supporting customer needs, and playing a key role in driving sales and account growth through service. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, mechanically curious, and passionate about building lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent ABP’s core values: Humility, Persistence, Respect, and Lasting Relationships
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails and other digital communications with professionalism and care
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, bundles, and support solutions
- Understand and promote special programs, including financing terms, extended warranties, and parts and accessories programs
- Build trust, loyalty, and dependability through transparent, respectful communication
- Accurately log customer activity, process orders, and maintain detailed records in the company’s ERP, CRM and phone system
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with humility, respect, and within defined timeframes
- Persistently meet individual and team call quotas and related sales targets (where applicable)
- Follow established communication procedures and company policies
- Prior experience in customer service or client support roles
- Strong written and phone communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRMs, ERPs, and order management systems
- High attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn product details (e.g., engines, power equipment, parts and accessories)
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to different customer personalities
- Experience working in a rental store, lawn & garden center, or hardware environment is a plus and will be considered an asset in understanding our customers’ needs and products.
