We are a Canadian-based Real Estate Virtual Assistance company seeking experienced, talented, and proactive Real Estate Executive Assistants based in Alberta!

What we expect from you:

1+ years of Alberta real estate administrative experience.

3+ years of executive assistance experience.

Strong experience in real estate paperwork conducted via Webforms/a similar tool.

Experience and efficient use of MLS (MATRIX, Paragon, etc).

Experience using CRMs to manage contacts and create action plans/drip campaigns.

Extremely strong and proactive communication.

Your own working equipment and private home office/area.

Position Details:

$25.00/hour

Expected hours: Flexible. Standardly 30-40 hrs/week.


Please note that if you do not have the real estate administrative experience we require, we will not be moving forward. This is a plug-and-play position that requires extensive experience and minimal to no training.
