Recruiting is a team sport here, and we believe it is an important responsibility of managers to build a talented team. The Recruiter will train, and mentor hiring managers, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and develop recruiting strategies to find passive talent. You will contribute to building PGR's talent brand strategy in one of the most rapidly growing, competitive hiring markets in the US.

What You'll Do
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive candidates.
- Research candidate pool and identify sourcing possibilities, while identifying barriers and solutions to the recruiting process.
- Craft and send engaging recruiting emails, post on various social media platforms, and create event outreach materials in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Work with the talent team to identify new sourcing avenues to support diversity initiatives.
- Continuously stay up to date on market data and creatively identifying top talent.
- Assist the talent team with streamline recruiting processes and procedures.
- Help develop and establish additional selection criteria with the Hiring Manager to select the best qualified candidates.
- Assist with developing and training Hiring Mangers and Hiring Teams on recruiting processes and best practices.
- Be a talent partner by coaching managers and other decision makers while guiding them through the selection process.
- Review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with both active and passive candidates.
- Utilize Greenhouse (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting activities and candidate files.
- Ability to modify and edit job descriptions to attract talent.
- Represent and promote the company's culture and core values throughout the recruiting process.
- Interview candidates to assess skills, competencies, aptitude, value fit, compensation expectations and interest level.
- Continuously cultivate a personalized, engaging, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, from the initial phone screen until the candidate's start date.
- Provide constructive and timely feedback, both positive and negative, to candidates who make it to final interview stages.
- 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Exceptional people skills and consultative approach to recruiting to foster deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to concurrently manage dozens of candidates across multiple requisitions without compromising the candidate experience
- Knowledge of diverse pipelines and sourcing, and best practices for inclusive recruiting and a desire to be a part of our mission to change the future of solar development.
- Be an exceptional communicator in both written and verbal interactions; clear, concise, and courageous in giving tough but supportive feedback when needed.
- Ability to work independently and be a strong collaborator.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Preferred location is NC; for a remote position, up to 20% travel is required.
