Location: Remote | Europe

Language: Fluency in both English and Ukrainian is essential, as you'll regularly support Ukrainian-speaking team members and stakeholders.

This role is your opportunity to shape the future of Playnetic during a pivotal time of the company's growth.

As an HR Business Partner, you'll join a dynamic, ambitious People team where your ideas won't just be heard; they'll actively shape our rapidly growing organisation. If building something truly impactful from the ground up excites you, then Playnetic is exactly the right place for your next career step.

What you'll do:

Partner closely with managers as their primary HR support, helping them with everything from performance management and goal-setting to employee onboarding.

Proactively engage in shaping key HR initiatives, such as succession planning, employee engagement activities, onboarding processes, and more.

Use data and insights (turnover rates, exit and onboarding interviews) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Contribute directly to building our unique company culture—think events like our upcoming Playnetic team tournaments and gatherings!

Your first 90 days:

Start building strong relationships with our managers and stakeholders.

Dive straight into projects, especially our newly launched performance management system, guiding managers through implementation.

Get familiar with our current processes, policies, and systems, identifying immediate opportunities for enhancements.

What you bring:

At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Manager role.

Experience working in an international, English-speaking environment.

Fluent in Ukrainian and excellent English language skills.

An open, balanced mindset, able to align the needs of people with business goals.

Why join us:

At Playnetic, we're creating innovative tech solutions from the ground up. You'll have a rare opportunity to influence the direction of the business, ensuring lasting impact in a company still defining its culture and processes. If you're excited about the chance to innovate, create, and make a meaningful difference, this role is for you.

Our interview process:

Initial screening call with our recruiter

Single-stage interview with our People Leader and an existing HR Business Partner

We move quickly—we'd love someone on board soon!
