We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our team. This role will focus on providing legal support in the preparation, negotiation, review, and administration of various contracts related to celebrity talent, music bookings, and other entertainment agreements. The ideal candidate will have a legal background and prior experience working with talent and brands, ensuring contracts are compliant, effective, and in the best interest of the company.
The Paralegal will work closely with our Contracts Administrator and with the Company's CEO, booking agents, talent management, and legal representatives to ensure smooth and legally sound contract processes. A successful candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, risk mitigation, and the ability to interpret and address legal requirements across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and assisting with the negotiation of contracts related to celebrity talent, music bookings, and entertainment agreements.
- Supporting the legal team with contract amendments and updates as necessary.
- Liaising with clients, artists, managers, attorneys, and external parties regarding contractual matters.
- Communicating contract issues with internal departments and providing legal insights to ensure compliance.
- Tracking and monitoring the progress of all active contracts, ensuring timely updates and responses.
- Maintaining organized and efficient contract documentation and records.
- Identifying potential risks and challenges in contracts and proactively researching solutions to meet both legal and business needs.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal reports and correspondence for the CEO.
- Previous experience in contract administration or paralegal work, particularly in the entertainment, talent, or marketing industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex legal documents.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present legal information clearly and concisely to non-legal team members.
- Law degree or paralegal certification preferred.
- Knowledge of entertainment industry contracts, talent agreements, and relevant legal regulations.
- A strong sense of professionalism, the ability to handle confidential information, and a commitment to legal compliance.
- Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with legal research and contract management software.
