UX Designer

Position: UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX Designer to join our team at Flare energy services. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centric solutions for our digital products and services. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and feedback
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and make improvements
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Continuously seek feedback and iterate on designs to improve the user experience
• Present and communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and team members
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the energy or technology industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and processes
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Familiarity with front-end development and responsive design principles
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for user-centered design and a desire to continuously learn and improve
